Neha Goyal

Neha Goyal is Director of UniPatrde LLP, having an experience of 14 years of experience throughout. Neha is Gold Medalist in Post Graduation in Bioinformatics from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and worked as a Lecturer for 3 years in the Department of Bioinformatics at DAVC. Thereafter, Neha pursued PG Diploma in IPR and worked for 11 years in various top MNC IPR firms of US, India, and Malaysia. She worked for various prestigious clients: Unilever, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, GSK, Top Glove, Tel Aviv University, Israel, University of Malaysia, Vault IP, Cameron IP, LK Global, and so on

She has an expertise of conducting Novelty Searches, Freedom to Operate, Invalidity, Landscapes, Claim Chart Mapping, Drafting patent applications for various jurisdictions- India, US, UK, EP, Malaysia, Australia, and Canada, and Prosecution work for them in the same jurisdictions. She has closely worked with US Patent Attorney Mr. Joe Root. She is well versed with patent laws in India, US, UK, Australia, and EP.

Her areas of expertise include Biochemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Health Sciences, Food Technology, Nanotechnology. Being worked for 11 years, she also acquired a wide range of expertise in Mechanical engineering such as Automobiles sector, Fuel Cell vehicles, 3D Printing- fiber deposition, IoT, Consumer devices, , and General Engineering.

Manu

Manu is currently a practicing Lawyer. He is an Advocate-on-Record of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Prior to this, he was a panel counsel for the Central Government in Supreme Court of India. He was also worked as a Senior Associate with DSK Legal, a full fledged Corporate Legal Firm based Mumbai and New Delhi, India and handling intellectual property litigation and prosecutions. After completing his basic education from Kerala University, Manu started his career with Paam Group of Companies, Delhi (a generic pharmaceutical company.

He then went on to complete his Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) from Delhi University, Post Graduation in literature (MA) from Dr. Ambedkar University and Bachelor or Law (LLB) from Llloyd Law College, Greater Noida. Apart from substantial industry and in-house legal experience including a world leader FMCG Gillette, Manu has been closely associated with a Supreme Court Senior Advocate. He has worked on variety of subjects both civil and criminal”
